One-on-one coaching is necessary prior to taking part in classes.

During the 8 personal training sessions in our Essentials program, you will learn fundamental movements and get armed with personalized fitness knowledge that will benefit you greatly when you get to class. Top that off with some conditioning work and by the end, you will be all set for the class experience. Even those with some prior knowledge of our stable of movements will benefit from our Essentials program and the detail in which we approach your preparation for class.
