Today we had our first client leave the building to throw up during his intro session. We do not promote vomiting, nor do we try to make you vomit, but the fact is that at some point it may happen. If you have read “Fynn’s Story” you might already know that it also happened to me during my first workout. Today during the intro workout, Ryan scurried outside and did his business, but what we need to put the emphasis on is the fact that he came back and finished the WOD!
