Tuesday, September 27th/ Mobility Starting October 8th

                                                The “blond bomber” will be starting a regular mobility class on the 8th of October. This will be included in all memberships and will not be charged as a class for all of you non unlimited folks. I am doing this to show my appreciation for the amazing community you guys have helped me build and for kindly helping out around the gym as much as you do.     And here is the recipe for the cookies i brought in this morning. They are probably little insulin bombs but if you need a treat, these are considered paleo 🙂

    2 ½ cups blanched almond flour
    ½ teaspoon sea salt
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
    ½ cup grapeseed oil
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    ½ cup agave nectar
    1 cup dark chocolate 73% or darker

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
    Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
    Mix wet ingredients into dry
    Form ½ inch balls and press onto a parchment lined baking sheet
    Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes
