We will be doing WOD 4 from the CrossFit BC summer challenge and continuing our “partner week”
The Wod was called “Tons of Weight” and was a doozy.
It is a partner workout and is supposed to be a male/female team but I’m sure with our classes this may be hard to do. The weight for each exercise must be established prior to starting the wod and cannot be changed during it so chose wisely! The reps can be split up anyway you like.
