In the next few weeks you’ll be seeing the lovely little plus sign on the final set of your squats.  This means as many reps as possible, you should hit a minimum of the number attached to it, but if you’ve still got a bit of juice in your legs then go for an extra few reps.  This is where the magic happens so go hard!
