Travelling is no excuse for not training, no matter where you are or what you’re doing, there are countless workouts at your disposal. While in Penticton visiting my parents, I got a large, heavy bag of dog food and used it in my workout, much to Josie’s dismay(she was hungry). No matter what, you should always manage to fit a workout in, whether it be long or short, just getting it done is key.
