Teams of two for time: (1 Person Working at a Time) 5 rounds of: (25 min cap) 10 Deadhang Pull-ups (Assisted if needed) 20 Burpees 30 Box Jumps (20″) 40 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1pood)
