Hey Wolfpack, We’re heading into a new strength cycle now so it is vital for you to keep track of your numbers, especially from the strength sessions.  In particular make sure you write down all your numbers for Squats, Bench press and Thrusters. For all you keeners out there and anyone looking to heavily improve their pressing, there will be an optional weekend bench press session you can do during open gym.  This will be posted on Fridays for you to do over the weekend.
