Im taking it for granted that everyone bums are very sore today! That’s a great thing!. Those lunges were tricky and core stability was necessary while completing the reps. We will be doing squats and wall balls today today but keep in mind that these are different movements then a lunge and are more quad dominated. So don’t scream at me when you come in that your ass is killing you and ” why the hell are we doing more legs!!”
Today we try the “inverted burpee” I won’t try to explain just watch the video below.
