The Tabata Protocol: Supra-Aerobic Cardio

Brian and I are taking off for the weekend on Thursday morning. Greg will be teaching all evening classes so behave yourselves! He will be doing the posts as of tomorrow night as well. The class schedule for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are evening classes only. Monday will be a mid-day class and the evening classes. Come Tuesday classes will be back on the regular schedule. Thanks again everyone for understanding that I have to be at the games. It’s a great oppurtunity for me to connect with gyms from all over the world, and bring back new ideas to make our facility that much better.
To watch the games you will have to screen it on the CrossFit.com website or the CrossFit games website (not sure which one at this point). I encourage everyone to watch as it’s very entertaining stuff and will introduce you to the top athletes in our ever expanding community. I will be tweeting and facebooking non-stop, so make sure to follow me on twitter and hit ‘like’ on our CrossFit Kitsilano Facebook page.
On another note, we have introduced a new logging system for you guys. It’s called Social Wod. I simply take a picture of our board every night, and send it to these guys to upload the scores. This means you will be able to have your scores logged for you and be able to track prior scores to compare times. No more fretting about recording scores! There is a link on the site and I will be sending our first picture tonight. Writing stuff down is still a good habit to keep. However, it will be advantageous to have an alternative means of checking prior scores.
