I have been reading this book (The 4-Hour Body) while on the beach down here! It is a pretty interesting and crazy book. Has anyone read it? If not you should check it out. Click here to see the books website. Strength:  5 x 3 Press

    Awesome read. If you haven’t read it- Tim Ferris essentially performs every self experimentation test possible on the human body in order to discover the minimal effective dose required for optimal results. This book touches on almost every subject with health,fitness and nutrition. I used his training method to run my first 1/2 marathon (without running over 5km to prep!), change my eating habits (his dieting plan is very similar to paleo) and have used his minimalistic fat loss methods with numerous clients in the corporate world who simply don’t have more than 60-120 minutes a week at the gym and need an effective training regime.
    Give it a read!

    Also the author of the 4 Hour Work Week (http://www.getrichslowly.org/blog/2007/08/28/book-review-the-4-hour-workweek/). I have not read it, but people tell me that if you cut through the marketing bullshit (“Earn $50,000 A Month While Working Less Than An Hour A Day!!”), there are some very interesting lessons to be learned!
