We all set new goals inside and outside of the gym, but may not always write them down. July 1st is coming up soon, so why not set a goal for July! Post it in the comments below and we can all supportĀ each otherĀ and reach these goals.

The WOD today is a combo of the CrossFit Vancouver intro class and the CFK intro class. Who remembers that? Lets get everyone in doing this one and see how far we have all come! We are going to repeat it in one month.
