Clean and Jerk!

Full Squat clean here people! Keep that nutral spine and utilize that  aggresive hip while getting the bar overhead to full extension. Push pressing the bar overhead is not nearly as efficiant as throwing that bar overhead and getting under it as quick as possible in one big explosive movement.
