Extensive one-on-one coaching is necessary prior to one taking part in a Crossfit class. During these 8 sessions, you will learn the fundamental movements that make up our Crossfit program and provide you with some fitness knowledge about yourself that will benefit you greatly when you get to class. Top that off with some conditioning work and by the end, you will be all set for the class experience. Even those with some prior knowledge of our stable of Movements will greatly benefit from our Elements program and the detail in which we approach your preparation for class.
