Location, location, location!
We’re conveniently located in the heart of Vancouver. Accessible by bus routes along 4th or Broadway, bike, foot, or car (we’ve got lots of parking), we’re never far away. We’ve got outdoor space and a nearby park for those WODs that take you outside or on a long run.
Our CrossFit community unites individuals from all backgrounds and fitness levels. We offer Elements for newcomers, group classes and personal training that uses the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit is based upon constantly varied, functional movements that are executed at a high intensity (think pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running). For those interested in starting CrossFit, all movements and weights are scalable based upon ability.
Upon visiting CrossFit Kitsilano, you will realize there are no treadmills, elliptical or awkward adjustable machines but rather–we ourselves end up becoming the machines. Our gym is filled with barbells, plates, kettlebells and dumbbells. We have pull up bars, stacked wooden boxes and adequate space to use these tools to become better everyday.
