Following your introductory session, we hope you’ll have an understanding of what CrossFit is all about and the dynamic at our box (that’s the CrossFit term for ‘gym’). Now it’s time to learn the basic movements which make up our programming.
Elements is mandatory for all new clients and is essential so all future group classes are executed safely with correct technique. In most cases, Elements is five (5) sessions in length, however we will make provisions on an individual basis based on skill and technique uptake.
