Staying on trend with the article we posted on the The Ten Things That Happen When You Begin CrossFit we wanted to bring up the memory of your intro class!  Who remembers their first CFK intro session?  We know you all remember doing the infamous 7-up WOD or what you may thought was called a workout :)
