Getting started in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Introduction to CFK:

We start all prospective clients with a complimentary introductory session. This is a 60-minute, private, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn about our methodology and philosophy, and experience a true CrossFit workout. During this time, we are also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have in addition to discussing membership packages.




Step 2: Elements:

Following your introductory session, we hope you will have a basic understanding of what CrossFit is and the CrossFit Kitsilano dynamic. After completing your introductory workout, you are likely quite sore (which is a good thing), and are pumped to learn the basic movements which make up CrossFit programming.

Step 3: CrossFit Group Classes:

Welcome to group classes!

We are dedicated to making your training and conditioning toward fitness rewarding and satisfying. Our carefully structured programs go far beyond standard fitness classes and just getting you into shape. We will help you acquire a functional, broad, and elite level of conditioning, giving you the strength and confidence to meet any random or unpredictable situation. You will also be challenged to push past many of your previously held beliefs concerning your physical and mental capacities. This is all part of our personal development program, raising the bar and the quality of life for all clients in every way possible.
